Legal Team for D4vd Targeted With Antisemitic Threats Amid Murder Case

‎Attorneys representing D4vd have reportedly become targets of offensive and antisemitic hate mail while working on his ongoing murder case.
‎According to TMZ, the legal team defending the artist—whose real name is David Burke—has been inundated with disturbing emails. Several of these messages reportedly contain explicit threats along with hateful remarks directed at the lawyers due to their Jewish identity.

‎One message obtained by the outlet allegedly accuses the attorneys of lacking ethics, stating in part that Jews are “the only race that puts money above all morals.” The communication is described as both aggressive and deeply offensive.
‎The harassment emerges as Burke faces severe criminal allegations connected to the death of Celeste Rivas. Prosecutors claim the 14-year-old was killed using a sharp object after threatening to reveal an alleged relationship with the musician. Authorities believe the relationship may have begun before she turned 14, potentially putting his career at risk.

‎High-profile attorney Blair Berk was hired shortly after the discovery of Rivas’ dismembered body in Burke’s Tesla in September. Tow yard employees reportedly became suspicious after noticing a strong odor coming from the vehicle.
‎In addition to the murder accusation, Burke faces charges of continuous sexual abuse of a minor under 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains.
